Work and Placements
From time to time Familyworks considers taking on additional qualified counsellors. We also have a limited number of places available each year for students seeking a placement while on a diploma course or studying for a post-graduate qualification. If you are in agreement with the ethos and values of Familyworks and wish to be considered for interview, please contact our office manager for an application form.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is a vital part of safe counselling practice. We offer a full clinical supervision service from our CPCAB qualified supervisor for counsellors in schools, other organisations or in private practice. This normally involves meeting with the supervisor for one and a half hours per month and is a requirement for counsellors from all professional bodies and from professional indemnity insurers.
